All new recruits to the School of Life Sciences are required to go through the Health & Safety Induction Slide Show and complete the Health & Safety Induction Quiz. This is in addition to completing your Basic H&S Training Checklist and receiving job specific H&S training from your Supervisor/Line Manager.

You require a Life Sciences Directory (LSD) account to access the Slide Show and Quiz web pages. If you don't already have an LSD account you can register for one here.

If you already have an LSD account and are sure that you are using the correct username and password, but still can't get access to the web pages, contact Life Sciences Computing for assistance.

Once you have submitted the Quiz your training record will be updated to show that you have completed the School's mandatory, general H&S Induction program and you will receive an email to this effect.
