NOTE: Correspondents should be directed to seek out proper videoconference services rather than relying on a desktop application like MSN/Skype/Yahoo. We have a facility delivering a known good level of interaction, with quality video and audio, which is the preferred route for remote interviews/collaborations. Whilst desktop video communication may be ok for a one to one conversation, it's not sufficiently evolved for anything more demanding.
