Life and Biomedical Sciences Education (LABSe), School of Life Sciences at the University of Dundee, welcomes 12 students and 3 staff from the Universidad San Pablo-CEU, Madrid, Spain, who are participating in the Science Communication Summer School from 4-29 July 2016.

The aim of the Science Communication Summer School visit is to give the students an immersive experience of performing, discussing, reporting and presenting sciences in English.  Over the four weeks the students will undertake a series of workshops and a practical project, culminating in the last week with the submission of a final report and a poster presentation of their findings.

In addition to an intensive science programme, the students will see the local sites including visits to Discovery Point, Verdant Works and St Andrews, the Stonehaven Highland Games and at the end of their trip wil attend a Ceilidh on HM Frigate Unicorn.
