Welcome

Development, it’s in our RNA.

Our research focuses on the role of RNA and RNA processing in controlling development.

While our genes lie in the DNA of our chromosomes, it’s the copying of this code into the related molecule RNA that makes things interesting. This is because RNA has coding and regulatory potential.

Having discovered that factors which regulate where RNAs end are critical for flower development, our research directions are now going increasingly global.

We focus on how the 3' end of mRNAs is chosen and how mRNA is modifed to define the epitranscriptome.
