Whole cell lysates from cultured Single Marker bloodstream form T. brucei expressing a cMyc-tagged protein (pT7TAG integrated at a RRNA spacer locus) were frationated by SDS-PAGE, transferred to nitrocellulose membrane and incubated with anti-cMyc (4A6, Upstate) and detected using ECL+ (Amersham).
