Adam, originally from Hertfordshire, joined the Ciulli group in August 2022 as a Medicinal / Organic Chemist in the AC-BI team. He completed his MChem at the University of Oxford, with his final year project on the design and synthesis of aryl hydrocarbon receptor degraders as utrophin modulators for Duchenne muscular dystrophy, in the group of Professor Angela Russell. Outside of the lab, Adam enjoys travelling, watching the F1 and going to gigs.
