Lourdes comes from Madrid, Spain. She completed a double degree in Pharmacy and Biotechnology at San Pablo CEU University, where she decided to continue her studies by doing a PhD in medicinal chemistry. There she works on the synthesis of PROTACs to achieve CK2 degradation. When she is not in the lab, she enjoys reading, playing board games, and hiking.
