We have moved away from the Novell-based setup in place in these rooms.
Users do not have direct access to this server but will have easy access to your Life Sciences Home Directory via a link on the desktop.
Login to the new desktop is automatic on startup meaning that guest speakers will not be required to login.
This does mean that you need to plan in advance to ensure your presentation is accessible via one of the following options:
