A number of Filemaker databases incorporate scripts that create and send emails using the user's default email client. This was previously configured to work with Groupwise and requires reset and testing to use Outlook instead. For those people using a local install of Filemaker clients, this should already be working, however for the majority of support staff who are using TS-SUPPORT or accessing Filemaker via the 2X client, this integration is currently broken.
We are working on this problem and will advise when there is an update.
