Simple instructions to set up your iOS device to use Office 365

Access Settings

• Access the Settings App.
• Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars
• Select Add Account

Select Microsoft Exchange

Fill in your Details

Fill in your details as follows

• Email:- e.g. a.n.other@dundee.ac.uk
• Domain:- leave blank
• Username:- in the form username@dundee.ac.uk
• Password:- normal university password

Select Next

Choose what to sync

Choose what items sync to your phone.

Note: if you choose to sync your Contacts, this will populate your device's Contacts App with many addresses.

Select Save

Account Successfully Added

This should now be your account added to your device and should work now. To change the amount of mail that is sync'd, select on the Account you just added and follow the instructions below.

Change how much is automatically sync'd

Select Mail Days to Sync

Choose how much to sync

Your Mail should now appear when accessing the Mail App.
