- Consultation on the feasibility of replacing Alfresco with another solution.
- Transfer of DSTT site into Drupal to aid distribution of information to consortium members.
- Design modules to allow devolving user management to consortium partners.
- Create REST API to allow consortium partners to pull raw data back and use as they desire.
- Ongoing process of migrating current static sites to College Drupal instance and stand alone sites to Aegir hosted Drupal sites.
- ~20 sites migrated so far.
- Development of Aegir towards a more streamlined deployment tool that standardises functionality where possible.
- Initial investigations currently ongoing to determine feasibility of providing a self service web deployment tool.
- Development of a College content store to allow for sharing of content between sites.
- Evaluating Apache Solr and custom solutions that allow for sharing of content and enhanced search facilities across all sites.
