Research

My research interest is in functional and clinical anatomy, however I continue to maintain an interest in gait and posture having worked in this area some years ago.

I currently supervise research students on the following projects:

• Waseem Al-Talalwah: Arterial supply of the sciatic nerve.
• Ms Lisa Fairbairn: Anatomy of the scapula
• Andrew O'Malley: Trabecular architecture of the scapula
• Seaneen Tennant: Characteristics of Thiel embalmed tissue
• Nurul Yusof: The Developmental and Anatomical Relevance of the Sacroiliac Joint
