Emil comes from Tatarstan, Russian Federation. He graduated from Kazan University in 2009, and completed his MPhil in Newcastle University in 2010. He speaks four languages and likes mountain skiing, traveling and reading. Emil is studying multi-protein complex SOCS2-ElonginB-ElonginC-Cullin5 and trying to develop small molecule modulators for related E3 ubiquitin ligase.
